Hello,

As the message says it's triggered by a "Remote file inclusion" (RFI) (the "Match" part finds "mail.tiscali.it/"; as the offending URL), which was most likely added while submitting the form.

You have enabled "PHP Protections" for "Form data (POST)" (which is disabled by default). This means that any URL typed in a form will trigger the protection. You'll have to either disable it (RSFirewall! > Firewall Configuration > Active Scanner > from the 'PHP Protections' section, remove 'Form data (POST)' protection) or create an exception.
This is not official customer support. To receive your support, submit a support ticket here.
