Today i did a scan and this came up

plugins\vmcalculation\avalara\classes\AvaCertSvc.class.php Possible PHP injection (mailer)
I searched google to see if this was a false flag but i'd like to hear more about this from RSjoomla who may have dealt with this flag before. Should i delete? Google posts are saying its nothing to worry about.
