Hello everyone,

Sorry to bother you.

I've just tried installing RSFirewall on to a Joomla site (v. 3.4.8). I've used RSF v. 2.9.5 and 2.9.6 and both caused the same issue.

After installation, both the frontend and the backend of the site displayed the error: 1146 Table 'wicketts_passfast.n2fmg_rsfirewall_ignored' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `path` FROM n2fmg_rsfirewall_ignored WHERE `type`='ignore_folder' OR `type`='ignore_file'

Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

Kind regards

James

You are updating from a rather old RSFirewall! version i presume.

Please rename the following folders and try to install the extension again:

- administrator/components/com_rsfirewall to com_rsfirewall2 (for example)
- components/com_rsfirewall

Hi Alex,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I renamed the folders but I can't get to the installation section of the backend I'm afraid. All I get is the error message (above).

Kind regards

James
