After blocking entry to the USA, facebook does not recognize my publications.
No automatically generated information of the article, as it would in this case: title, description and image.



Any suggestions to help me solve this problem?

First, you will need to test if this is indeed generated by RSFirewall!. You can easily do this, by creating a new publication (link from your website), but disable the RSFirewall! System plugin first (Extensions > Plugin).

PS: Blocking all US IP addresses is certainly not a good idea.

I took about three days to block the United States.
Google robots continue to enter my website.
The only problem is with Facebook. Previously, before locking the United States, I had no problems with facebook, but after Block USA, that changed.
I did the test and it's due I blocked to the United States, Facebook does not recognize my publications.

Customer support on the forum ? ...not really (have a look at the message at the start of thread).

Personally i wouldn't recommend blocking all US Ip addresses, but this is really up to you. Adding an Facebook user agent exception, can be a workaround, but you need to take into consideration the fact that multiple user agents are being used:

A different approach would be whitelisting IP addresses (multiple addresses used here as well).

If you have an active RSFirewall! license, with the current domain registered to it, then yes, our customer support service will provide some assistance with this. Whatever reasons you might have blocking US IP addresses is certainly not the best approach.
