The Joomla! installer tried to remove some files that are not there (usually) or that do not have enough permissions to be removed. In 99% of the cases the extension did install correctly.
Regarding GeoIP, please read this: How do I use country blocking and where do I get GeoIP.dat ?.
If you only this message and a white page, please go to Extensions > Plugin Manager and search for "System - Fabrik". If you have this plugin and it's enabled, disable it. It affects some parts of the Joomla! framework and shows a fatal error (white page) on the RSFirewall! Configuration screen.
