We have logged into our account with correct Username and Password but receive a notification -
Website: www.knivesonline.com.au/
Page: /administrator/index.php
Description: There was an unsuccessful attempt to login into the backend section of your website using a known username.
Alert level: high
Date of event: 20.09.2011 11:04:14
User IP: 150.101.105.231
User Id: 0
Username:

This is from our own IP so an alert should not be produced.

We have changed the Username and Password but continue to receive the notifications on all logins.

Can you advise what is wrong and/or what we should change to rectify this.

Regards

Shane Thorpe

Hello,

If you have a plugin that encrypts the password then the reason you are notified about each login is because the plugin is triggered after RSFirewall!, and the encrypted password will trigger the notification. Please try triggering this plugin before RSFirewall! then try logging in again and see if the notification from RSFirewall! is still sent.
