Hello,

Note that RSFirewall! only displays a Captcha field in the backend login form, not in the frontend login form.

I'm locked out of my website because captcha image doesn't show up.

It's set to show directly, so there's no way for me to login to backend.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

You could try disabling the active scanner by editing your database through phpmyadmin or a similar application. You will need to edit the #__rsfirewall_configuration table and set the value of the "active_scanner_status" field to 0. This should disable the CAPTCHA image that is added to the administrative panel login.
