TOPIC: Forgot My Master Password

Hi there, I was using my RS Firewall for several weeks and everything was fine. One day i logged in from a different computer and IP address, when i got home and logged in from my home computer my Master Password no longer worked.

Any Ideas on how to change or reset.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
