I'm trying to use Mobile Joomla (http://www.mobilejoomla.com/), popular joomla extension that auto creates and transfers mobile users to a mobile friendly template.

Trying to install, I'm getting the following error:

====

* Warning! Failed to move file.

Warning: move_uploaded_file(/var/tmp/phpK0OJZC) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home1/smashpad/public_html/libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php on line 351

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/var/tmp/phpK0OJZC' to '/home/smashpad/joomlatmp/Mobile-Joomla-0.9.10.zip' in /home1/smashpad/public_html/libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php on line 351
Unable to find install package

=====

According to the mobile joomla admin, the issue was due to:

=====

/home/[root]/joomlatmp/Mobile-Joomla-0.9.10.zip

Looks like you have missed / in "tmp_path" setting (most likely there is no joomlatmp directory).
Anyway, check permissions of each directory in the path.

=====

I think that RSFirewall as part of the recommended security changes moved or and/or changed the write setting for the original default joomla location of the joomlatmp directory.

Can you tell me how I would be able to temporarily re-create the original location and write status of the default joomlatmp directory so that I can finish the install and then return it back to the ideal RSFirewall setting?

You guys have a great product, and I look forward to hearing from you on how to deal with the above as well as any other information or recommendations you might have regarding the above issue as well as any other ideas you might have with regard to RSFirewall and MobileJoomla extension. Mobile Joomla is a pretty popular and highly regarded solution and I'm sure I won't be the first one to have this issue - a solution would likely help a number of other happy RSFirewall customers who may have the same problem.

Thanks in advance,

George.
