TOPIC: system check taking so long

Hello,
i've installed the RSfirewall in several sites and its working fine, but in two site this happened:

What does it mean when the system check is taking so long? after half an hour, i refresh the page and clicked on the check again but still the same?

in another site, the system check isnt working at all? when i click on the button, nothing happens..

what can be causing the two possibilities?

You can refer to this article from the product's documentation where it is explained how you can solve this problem that you are encountering:

If the System Check is not starting then please make sure that you have the following permissions correctly set on your site:

755 for administrator > components, 755 for components and 755 for plugins > system

After this please try installing RSFirewall! again on your site.
