hello guys, when I run the firewall check, it tells me that allow_url_fopen is On. disable_functions is not used and open_basedir is not used but when I check the php.ini file this is what I see so how it it telling me fopen is on when it says here it's off and how can it say disable funtions and open basedir is not being used?

RSFirewall! tries to adjust these settings by creating the mentioned php.ini file, but not all hosting providers support a different php.ini file to be loaded. It would be best to ask your them regarding this issue.
