I think you have a server problem today as when I try to reply to or add a trouble ticket (advising you of this problem) I get the following:
Fatal error: imap_header() [<a href='function.imap-header'>function.imap-header</a>]: Address buffer overflow in /var/www/vhosts/rsjoomla.com/htdocs/_new/components/com_rstickets/plugins/cron.php on line 53My brain says this shouldn't happen!  I hope an admin sees this! ttfn John |

We've had a spam email stuck in the processing queue, it's been solved, hope there are no problems anymore! Thanks for the "bug" report!
