Hi

I would like to know, if RSEvents include an invoicing system for users signing up to an event and pays online/offline.

That would really kick off this component!!!
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello ,

If you will install the Paypal plugin and subscribe to an event , in backend you will be able to see the transaction details for that payment. As for the invoice , you can do that within paypal.com
