TOPIC: Cant delete attachments

When deleting an event you can delete the event but not any attachments,
unless you are Super Administrator.
I looked in the global user settings of Joomla and everything looks fine,
is there an other place were you can set the rights for this part of RSEvents?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
