TOPIC: Removing "Posted by:"

I want to removed the "Posted by:" in the Themes. I don't see a specific placeholder listed for "Posted by:" in the theme edit page. I assume it's hard coded into the theme. If so, where on the server would I go to manually edit that theme.

Alternatively is there a way to choose the Joomla "Name" instead of Joomla "User Name" to shown up when displaying that field?
