TOPIC: RS Events and RS Forms Pro

RS Events and RS Forms Pro 15 years 5 days ago #10617

All,

I'm using RS Events and RS Forms Pro. After installing the plugin between those apps I can see the new formcomponents.

When I make a new form for an event I made also a submit (register) button. But every time I push the button the app tells that I'm already registered. But when I press a menu there is nothing registered.

I read the documentation of the plugin but I can't find my answer.

Is there anyone who can help me.

Thanks,

Sander

Hello,

Please make sure that you have disabled the cache from :

Site > Global Configuration > System > Cache settings
Extensions > Plugin Manager > System - Cache

Also please delete the already existing cache from Tools > Clean Cache. After you have made these changes please try subscribing to your event again.
Please note: my help is not official customer support. To receive your support, submit a ticket by clicking here
