Hello,

Please make sure that you have typed the placeholders for the email field correctly in the "Emails" tab. Also make sure that the placeholders return valid email addresses and the manually typed email addresses are valid.

If this is not the case then please try testing your email server and RSForm! uses your Joomla! email server in order to send out emails. This can be achieved by creating a new Joomla! user on your site and an automated email should be sent. If the email is not sent then please try contacting your hosting provider regarding this issue.
