It seems in the new version (1.03) you need to add the style to EACH field rather than the whole form? Is this correct or a bug? Its a bit tedious on a large form.

I really like this component, I think it would be very helpful if a bit a styling was built into it at the get go -- just a bit of padding on the labels and fields would make it useable out of the box. Or maybe build in the classes, so a style sheet can easily be modified?

correct, this is a well known problem. I talked to Alex earlier regarding this issue, most likely it would be gone with the next release, I believe.
