I just added a file upload field to my RS form. The form is working but the upload is not going showing up on the email. i been testing it for some time and nothing is showing up. i did leave the default value blank, since i dont know exactly what type of field my customer wants to have uploaded,

so basically form is working fine except for the file upload tab

help

I have exactly the same issue, normal form works beautifully but the one with file upload field doesn't.

I have Joomla 1.5.10 and RS!Form 1.0.4

Hi-
I was having the same problem but found the solution.. I was just including the field id in my email as I would with all my other fields contained in the form but that is wrong. I dont know if that was your problem but if it was...you need to provide the full address to your uploads folder in your email like this:

www.yoursite.com/components/com_forme/uploads/{file1}
www.yoursite.com/components/com_forme/uploads/{file2}
www.yoursite.com/components/com_forme/uploads/{file3}

etc etc

It does not put the attachment in your email inbox though but Im thinking maybe this is the way that rsform is designed (correct me if Im wrong). At least it still informs you when your subscriber has uploaded a file and you can still go to that link and then also find those files in your upload folder.

hope that helps!
