TOPIC: error during update from try-out to full version

error during update from try-out to full version 16 years 1 day ago #7309

Dear all,

I'm trying to upgrade from the try-out version to the full version.
I have a license code that is accepted but during the upgrade I get an error which says:

Error, invalid license code or remote file _update_rsform_1_0_4_J15.xml not available

I also'can't change the map rights off the rsform folder to 777 because the permission is denied.
This problem doesnt happen with other maps on the server so it has nothing to do with admin accounts from the host or anything...

I guess that the reason I can't update is because that I have no 777 rights to the Rsform folder...

p.s. I can't make an xmlfile with the name remote file _update_rsform_1_0_4_J15.xml and put it in the directory, when I do I get the same error.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
