How can I make a Dynamic list in fileds like this link:

Hello,

You can use a similar script as illustrated in this example for RSform!Pro:

www.joomla-form.com/form-examples/form-s...-change-form-example

If you were to implement this in RSform! you will have to place the javascript function in the Form Style area.
