I reinstalled my website but when I want to add new form I cant view them.

I used the plugin but I cant view the articles that have forms in them, if I want to navigate to that article the link will get me back to the frontpage.

Tried to link to them directly but this doesnt work either.

what can be wrong?

Hello,

Upon investing this further... it turned out this was generated by some other 3rd party plugin that was preventing the form from being displayed.
