My form is showing "Use of undefined constant ADDITIONALATTRIBUTES- assumed 'ADDITIONALATTRIBUTES'".
It relates to the captcha files part of /public_html/components/com_rsform/controller/functions.php on line 775
I left the default Additional Attributes (style='text-align:center;width:75px;"
I tried removing all of the info from the Additional attributes box but the same error message is showing at the top of my form. How can I correct?

have you found the solution for that problem cause i am having the same problem

i have uninstalled totally rsform verified that there are no tables left in database verified no rsform files remain on server

also did global check in, delete cache, purge cache

reinstalled rsform created whole form newly again

the problem is still there i don't understand whats wrong

what is strange is that the example form dont show that error on preview

what i did also is to copy the example form & then modified it as i wanted there is no error

my conclusion is that the problem come up when we creat a new form, but why ?

i just found out that this error is showing only if you activated the debug function in rsform configuration tab ,that is if you disable debug mod you dont get that error
