I see various posts on a similar issue/question, but nothing definitive so I will ask the question again:

I would like a button on the front-end that would delete all records for a specified form. Anyone care to tell me how to go about doing that?

OK, I see I can add a general button that will allow some javascript code to run. The big question is can I define my own javascript function somewhere that performs the necessary processing to delete all records associated with the form of my choosing?
