i just to pay one license to rsformpro, BUT i haven t received my license code

i haven t received any passwd for my account and i have tried it, in forgot passwd option in this web but i haven t recived any passwd for my account and get my license code

The username that has been created for you when using the email address cesar_unlock [ at ] hotmail [ dot ] com is \"cesar_unlock\". If you haven't received any emails regarding this, check your spambox or spam filter.
Try to recover your password (use the forgotten password feature) and if it doesn't work, that means that hotmail is refusing emails from rsjoomla.com. The next step you need to do, in this case, is to submit a ticket so that we can help you recover your account.
