TOPIC: Can't publish forms in module positions

Can't publish forms in module positions 16 years 6 months ago #5477

Hello everyone,

I'd really appreciate if someone could please help me.

When I publish 2 modules using mod_rsform module, I get this:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare rsform_module() (previously declared in /home/bizseo/public_html/modules/mod_rsform/mod_rsform.php:27) in /home/bizseo/public_html/modules/mod_rsform/mod_rsform.php on line 72
- and the whole site disappears.

When I use mos_rsform, I get only code showing, as can be seen on the right side position at mybusinessseo.com/

Please help me, and thanks in advance.
