How can I insert my form in content. I found out in the forum that i need a mambot.
Where can I download the mambot?

You can find it in the download section, the file called mosforme1.0.0beta.zip

Go to your Administrator area, point to Forme, then click on Support
In the support area, go to the Files section
There you will find all the contributions.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
