I need help.
I have 4 different forms on my website.
#1 when you submit it comes back to the empty form. Althought the information does send to the emails.
#2 when you submit it goes to internal error page.
#3 does the same thing as the first.
#4 shows up with something like this. {streetaddress:caption} {streetaddress:body}
{streetaddress:validation} {streetaddress:description}

I bought a program because I am not a programmer. I am getting frustrated by all the problems this program has given me.

I am hoping that I get a quick reply. I seem to be experiencing similar problems maybe slightly different. When people are submitting the form I get the following error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

It seems however, that the submitted information is being saved into the database and the applicant recieves a confirmation email as well as the admin emails going off.

Does anyone have a clue as to why this would happen?

Because your issues are related to your server configurations (the 500 Internal Error page confirms my suppositions), you should submit a ticket regarding this issue so that one of our staff members can help you.

I did submit a ticket and was told the problem may be my pages are being cached by my hosting site. I then sent email to my hosting site asking if my pages are being cached and if so can it be changed. My official return from Godaddy. We do not support 3rd party programs.
As you see I'm caught in a nasty circle. Programmers say its hosting problem and hosting says they don't care because they don't support 3rd party.

Where do I go from here?

Try another forms program?

Try a different web host.

I could redo all this work and end up in the same place.

I see you have opened a ticket yesterday. One of our staff members will help you as soon as possible.

I submitted a ticket and again they said it had something to do with the cache on the server I'm using (Godaddy). Contacted Godaddy and they said I'm on a shared server and it is what it is. Everyone is soooooooooooo helpful.
Where do I go from here?

Tried the exact forms on Mochahost and they work great, No problems.
Something with Godaddy server is incompatible with RSForm Pro.
