I bought this form component because it is commercial product and there is support option, when I wrote email before buying everything was good about support. I bought this script I belived that it will not be same as non-commercial form components that when I need support I have to wait 1 week maybe more for answer.

And what happened your support now ??? I need really urgent help I opened some tickets but there is no answer, before you had to help me but 1 week after you wrote me about it. I had to cancel this option because I didn't have any help for one week. I change plan and I have website which I have to open untill monday and waits your help for 3 days.

You do not give support on forum you do not give support on ticket system you do not have enought documentation.

Please can you tell me from where can I have support for your component ? I have to pay in joomlancers.com to somebody and get help ? If it is like this why I bought this form for which reason ?

I voted for your component because really I like it, this is really good component easy to use but your support is really poor because there is no support. Sorry but if you have commercial product in my opinion you have to be ready for any support for everyday.

This forum for what if you do not have support ? Why you have ticket system ?

Please I need about drop-down help this is really urgent, because I have to finish this project untill monday. If really you can't help to me wrote email or post here I have to look other commercial form components.

I also submitted several tickets a few days ago and got no respones. Luckily I was able to resolve the problems myself. What is the trouble?

What is the trouble with drop downs?

I have been able to install and use RSForms so far.

My problem is bellow;

I opened ticket but there is no answer. I think that I have to look an other form component which I can get support via ticket or forum. Because here some thing really wrong. What I see for them client is not important they have their rules they say that they don't give any support on forum but when you open ticket same there is no answer because I think they have different job.

I dont know why this website is here just sale product and later forget about client ? Really I was happy with this component but after all this I am very unhappy.
