TOPIC: Popup Validation Message.

Popup Validation Message. 16 years 8 months ago #4544

Hi all,

I've scoured the support forums to no avail. I'm trying to find a way to have a window pop up if required fields aren't filled in when a user submits their form data. The problem I'm having now is that my forms are somewhat long and when users are being directed back to the form, after submission to fill out the necessary required fields, they are assuming the form has been submitted successfully and not scrolling down to see what fields were missed. Because of this, obviously, I'm losing a lot of signups. A popup validation message would eliminate this.

Unfortunately I'm not a script wizard but I have seen examples of sites with validation popups posted here. They just didn't say how they did it. I'm hoping someone here could kindly show me how to do it.
