I have form (forme 1.0.3) displaying via module in position.
email field is validated, when email is incorrect, the page with form is redirect to another page and then the form displays with error message and below there is a module with the same form.

how to fix it to show form only once with error messages?

Hello,

Please update to the latest version (1.0.4). If the problem persists please submit a ticket with this issue. A good idea would be to uninstall the module and install it again.
