Unfortunately I didn't get much response on my question how to implement conversion code from Google to track conversions (http://www.rsjoomla.com/index.php/RSform-How-To/3946-Track-Google-Adwords-conversions.html#3946).

I thought I could add this code to the Thank You-page which is displayed after processing the form and that's when I want to track the conversion.

So, in which source file is the Thank you page stored/generated and where should I look?

You probably don't need to tweak the source file but rather include it in the thank you message. This can be done from the RSForm admin section.
