TOPIC: Window size for html edit too small

Window size for html edit too small 16 years 9 months ago #4037

Hello all,

Not sure where to resolve this one.

Form works fine. I need to edit the html layout of the form but when I open the form management and then select html and click on the 'edit the email text' the pop-up window is set to approximately 600 x 400 px and I cannot see all of the form data. The scroll options were not working either.

I tried changing the settings in JCE but could find nothing that made a difference. Checked RSFormsPro config - nothing I could see there either.

Any ideas?

Cheers for now

OK - I found out how to resolve this one.

Once I click on the edit and the pop-up opens I cannot see the whole of the form contents and there is no scroll. However - if I then click on the 'show/hide' link the html page replaces the wysiwyg page and has a scroll bar so provided your html is up to scratch this avoids the problem.

Could still do with an answer for those who read this but are not html confident.

Regards

David

I'm sure David's long gone now, but just in case someone else has this problem I thought I would post.

I had a similar issue to this and solved the problem by updating my browser to the latest version of Firefox. I had experienced the resizing issue in Internet explorer 6 & 7, with Netscape 9 and with earlier versions of firefox.
