Tried upgrading RSFormPro Tryout to full version via the update facility and get 200 lines of errors
* JFTP::mkdir: Bad response
* JFTP::chmod: Bad response
followed by
* JFolder::files: Path is not a folder /home/sitename/public_html/cms/media/rsinstall_489823f0d765c/

What's the problem?

Thanks

Hello,

This is caused by some restriction problems on your server, which is preventing the update. Make sure that the permissions are set up right and try again.

- 777 for /media folder
- 755 for /administrator/components
- 755 for /components folder

You can also try to backup your forms.... uninstall and then reinstall the latest version.

Thanks for sorting this Alex. Don't know what the restriction problems are/were but it's all OK now.
