This is my 5th installation using RSForme, but I hit a snag when it came to upgrading. As usual, the standard upgrade utility didn't work, so I backed up my forms, uninstalled, reinstalled, entered the registration code, and finally, went to restore my form. This time however, when I went to restore it, I got a message:

\"The file you selected is not valid. \"

I don't understand what the problem is. The file was produced by the backup utility 5 minutes earlier. I've attached a copy. Please advise.

I have the same problem.
I've sent a ticket to support and will write their answer here when I get it.

All of my backup files are as .txt files. I tried to zip theese in the hope that it might work, but nothing.

Stay tuned

Here's what you do:

-If you have uninstalled the tryout, install this again.
-Restore your backup to the tryout version.
-Go to \"Configuration\" in !Pro and choose \"Plugins\"
-under \"Migrate forms from RSform!\" press \"Migrate forms\"

None of your !Pro forms will be altered and the tryout forms will be found together with the others :cheer:
