Hello,

Yes you can create mutipage forms... however i recommed using RSform!Pro due to to its overall flexibility. As i guideline you can use the following example:

joomla-form.com/form-examples/form-scrip...ti-page-form-example

Note that in RSform!, Javascripts should be placed the Form Style area.
