TOPIC: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare rsform_module()

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare rsform_module() 16 years 10 months ago #3581

I'm using joomla 1.5.3, and rsformpro v1.0.1 Rev 12. I am using the rsform module to pull a form into the right column position. It works fine but as soon as I try to display a second form on the page, whether using another mod_rsform module, or embedding it in content and using the mosrsform plugin to display it, it bombs the site and I get the following:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare rsform_module() (previously declared in /home/mysite/public_html/modules/mod_rsform/mod_rsform.php:26) in /home/mysite/public_html/modules/mod_rsform/mod_rsform.php on line 71

Any ideas?

Thanks
Greg

My idea is to use the plugin mosrsform.

It will allow you to use all the forms you want in an article or you also can use mod_custom and insert {rsform (id number)} such as {rsform 1}<br><br>Post edited by: alexenergy, at: 2008/07/22 00:27

Hi there.

I tried that but with no luck. Form is not rendered.

I have also tried entering {rsform 1} into an article (where 1 is the ID of my form), however the form is not displayed, merely the text {rsform 1}.

Such error arises when two mod_rsform are assigned for one menu items.
Check up assignment of modules to menu items!
