I had not tried the trial version. I simply purchased the pro version.

However, I had a problem with the Label not showing up next to the field, and finally decided to just uninstall and re-install the component again.

Unfortunately, I now get a blank page when clicking on RsForms, and I get a blank page when I try to uninstall it as well.

Very sad, considering this site is due tomorrow, and I'll now have to go back to my old method.

But how do I tell my client not to click on \"RsForms\" or it will bring her site down?

Hoping this issue can be fixed soon.

Licensing problem? That seems to be the common denominator.

Disgruntled and currently not going to recommend this component.

I think I'll probably have to delete RS Forms fromt the actual database, since it will not longer allow me to uninstall. In addition, manual deletion of RS forms from the Administration folder as well, should anyone else need to take the lead in doing the same :)

UPDATE: It took several tries, but deleting the RS Form files in both the components folder and the Administration/Components folder along with all databases - I was able to re-install RSForms and use the license.

Post edited by: studio, at: 2008/06/19 21:17
