I see (now) that I'm supposed to uninstall trial version and reinstall pro version fo RSformPro. (I'd remove any text fields in trial version that suggest this is how you upgrade) Well, I put in my upgrade code and walla! Entire site down with following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /mnt/local/home/mlm08admin/mydomain.com/components/com_rsform/languages/default.php on line 192

I see other folks are having a go with this as well. So what's the easiest way to get the trial version off my site? I can access admin area and my database, but until this is resolved, visitors only see the above error.

I also wouldn't bury the RSform! User's Manual so the only access is through the Forum. Would have been nice to find this BEFORE I screwed things up!

PS. tried to submit a ticket but I never got any message saying it was successful (I'm thinking not) Don't want to duplicate efforts, since I'm sure Tech Support is busy enough, but perhaps there can be a way for the programmers to address that so we know if ticket was submitted?

Okay, I think I fixed it. I just manually zapped all the files from the Joomla site and database that the original install did. Then I installed the correct pro version, and put in the code. At least my site is up and running now. I'm going to test the forms to see if it actually works. I'll let myself know here shortly.
