I've created a couple forms that I'm testing via Preview. Everything apears to work ok except I can't get it to send the admin email - it will send to the User, and I've tried several email addresses in the \"to\"field of the admin form, but nothing gets sent....anyone know why this might be happening? Thanks.

I've been troubleshooting this for a bit, and it seems that if I have a particular field in the subject line, in this case it's the result of a checkbox group, the email won't send. I can put other field results in the subject line, but not the results of this checkbox group.....but if I take it out ({request_items:value} ) it works - I can put the results in the body of the message, just not the subject.

I am having a problem with Admin Emails. I am using RSFormPro with PHPMail and I have tried sendmail too. The user confirmation e-mail will send but I can't get admin e-mails to send. I have tried various different e-mail addresses.

Did anyone resolve this issue ?

I've the problem for admin and user emails. The form doesn't send user mails and admin mails.

The example form doesn't also work!

Try using a different mailer. If this is still not working, try to create a new user to your joomla installation. When creating a new user a mail will be sent to that specific address. If this is not received the mail configuration is to faulty.

As a general rule... don't set the \"From\" and \"To:\" field with the same address. Some email servers have some restrictions regarding this. If the problem persists please submit a ticket to Tech support.

I am having the same problem, the form will send to admin but not to user. I use different address for user and admin but its not working.

After a lot of testing, I finally got it working. The form is send to both user and admin. The admin email address ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) I use for Joomla is the same email address I use for \"admin emails\" RSformPro configuration and for \"user emails\" - I use different email such as my personal email account ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )

I tested and tested this problem as well

The RS Form was being sent to a Generic Email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )
which was then forwarded to several personal accounts

For some reason - one of the Personal Accounts which was
held on Comcast High Speed was not getting the Forwarded email

Well - - After messing with the issue for about 2 hours - I finally removed
all Dynamic Fields - and set the entire Admin Email in RS Forms to Static info

I set the From Field to one static email \"noreply@domain.com\"
Set the To Field to the one static Generic Email \"info@domain.com\"
And I set the From Name and Subject Line to ALL Static info

Finally - I changed the email to TEXT format instead of HTML and
the email slipped through to all the personal accounts on the first try

I think the problem lies with Comcast as a service provider - and
perhaps some very very low SPAM filtering which was not getting through
