I've submitted a payment TWICE for a licence code and have yet to recieve it. It's been over a month, emails to RS have been ignored. Now I'm out 30 bucks...Thanks RS for NOTHING!

That is odd. I also have not got a reaction yet. Same as at least 1 other. That is not ok.
I will start action by emailing to owner of domain and warning to make RS form a blacklist ietm at Paypal and 2CO.
I'm waiting 2 months now, 1 week on a reaction in the forum.

Guys, please... we are not ripping anybody off.. The problem with the double payment is strictly related to the 2CO checkout procedure that is a little bit sloppy. Not our fault.

mpower, please give me the order number or at least the email from which you made the payment so i can refund you. I apologize for not having the time to get back to you earlier.

Never Fear ! i had same prob when i bought rsforms (i received a confirmation email but got no code), but i filed a ticket and after sweating for about 3 hours thinking i had gotten ripped off , he sent my license code... i know how these other guys felt, but he took care of me quick. i think the key is that you need to be signed in to the rsjoomla site to make a purchase.<br><br>Post edited by: sommasplace, at: 2008/05/28 17:37

That kind of things can happen.
The username where the products are on is not schip but bert.schipperijn.
Somehow I could not activate that account. Now it is still blocked.

RSjoomla is not a one man show anymore. We expanded to 4 persons,3 developers and 1 support person. We are training the support to quickly answer the customers questions. All this requires time unfortunately, but i'm convinced that soon the problems you are facing will be history.

I'm planning to buy rsform-pro license but this is kind of freaking me out. I try to use the tril version but it gives an error when installng.. it is,

Fatal error: Class 'RSadapter' not found in www/joomla/administrator/components/com_rsform/install.rsform.php on line 15

so now i'm kind of two minds... I really appreciate if someone can advise me on rsform-pro and its features.. Also how can solve the above error.. i'm new to joomla..

Yes... I think the checkout very sloppy. I logged into RSJ in my username and password, then at checkout I used my partner's credit card to pay for the component. Next thing I know.... it sent him all the info on the purchase. When it says Billing Information, that is normally meant for the Credit Card. RSJ or their merchant service actually created a username and password for the name on he credit card. I kept waiting and waiting to get the license code, then thought to check his email... and there it was.

Other than that, support has been great... they have emailed me three times this morning to just check to see if I am having any problems. Very easy to install and works great... just need a little more info on setting up the Admin and User emails.

I do not work for RSJoomla and i am purely a client, as anybody else. I find them provide a high quality of service and i would:
1. Recommend them and RSForm!Pro to EVERYONE who needs a form builder.
2. Buy more and more licenses from them again, and again!
