Hi,
I've just setup the form and changed all the fields to suite my site,
On the frontend, trying to test the form but after filling the form when i hit submit, a popup apears saying enter a valid email address, i've tried 5 different email address which i am using and i know they are valid.
So how do i fix this problem.

Could you send me an e-mail with the e-mails you are trying to validate?

Also, can you tell me if the error you get is a Pop-up error, or a text written on the main page?

Hello Alex,
While you are looking at the email validation I have a couple of questions or remarks:

1) I noticed that forme accepted an invalid email typo that had a colon ( : ) instead of a dot (.) or underscore (_), without producing any error message.
The typo was \"firstname:familyname@hotmail.com\" instead of the correct \"firstname_familyname@hotmail.com\". Was it a \"glitch\"?

2) Is there a simple way to ask twice for the email address, verifying misspellings from within forme?
Naturally it could be solved by hacking php, but probably this feature would be useful for many other people as well.


Email validation is very important for us since it becomes the base for all further communication with visitors and customers. Yet we have chosen not to require previous registration and verification since that procedure creates a quite high barrier for many people. Our approach is to directly present a request form to be filled in. Hopefully we will obtain a correct email, that is a good base for a further dialog and processing.
