I am almost positive this has been posted but couldn't find it.

I am running the newest trial. I created a form. All settings look good. My Joomla is using all 3 SEO options (mod_rewrite, SEF and url suffix). When I try to preview, open a form from a link or anything else, I get redirected to the home page. Thoughts?

Thanks!
