How can i integrate a formular into a text / content?

Is it a code like this?
{ForMe:forumID,1,0}

You need to install a mambot for that(which i did not yet developed). :(.. it's on the list, but i haven't got the time to do it yet. It will hopefully be ready today/tomorrow.
