Here are a few forms I whipped up today. Nothing terribly fancy about them, just basic table layout (had problems with checkboxes using just CSS). All three forms are embedded in content items using the mosforme bot. Let me know what you think.

Thank you for sharing the forms you created. I am new to basically everything associated with website creation! But I am learning fast. Would it be possible to post the form style and field style entries for one of the forms? And maybe any scripts or special additions you made. It would really help me to see this and look at the finished product.

I appreciate any help or advice you (or anyone else) could give me!

ps - I have already looked at almost every entry in the \"how to\" forum and the users guide...and yes, I am going crazy!:woohoo

what you've created for the general short form contact page looks very slick! Exactly what I am trying to do with the checkboxes - have a group of options aligned into columns.

And I don't think I'm alone on this one when I ask you what your css looks like to align the checkboxes into these 3 evenly spaced columns. I can't figure it out for the life of me! Any help would be great!
