RSform tech support was able to solve my 500 Internal Server Error.
In the Email tab I had entered my email address & also {email} but I didn't have an email field in my form. Stupid mistake on my behalf that I couldn't see even though it was staring me in the face.  Thanks RSform tech support for all your help!  |
