Hi I couldn't see any email addy to send a tech support question to ?

I have installed rsforms - think everything is ok with it, created a basic form,etc

when I click to access the form from the main menu it says _NOT_EXIST and doesn't show the form

now there are 2 things i might not have got right;
1. When I downloaed trial version - i didn't get any code to put into the rsform for the trial period
2. am i supposed to create a particular page style and insert the forms html codeing into it ?

Did you get this resolved? I'm having the same problem.

Apparently the form has to be published before it can be previewed. I got the same error message before publishing the form but after publishing it was viewable. I also reinstalled everything using the full version instead of the updated tryout version which may or may not have anything to do with it.

Yes got it sorted it was the publish thingy
I think they could do with an idiots step by step guide to walk you through a form, it took ages for me to get the email settings right, still happy now
