Hey all!

I've been in contact with alex for a quite long time trying to solve this problem.
I just want to know if someone else has the same type of problem using the mosforme module to show the form in an article.

What happends is .. when submitting a form it's not showing the thank you page. Just a blank page, things are added to the database though, and confirmation email is sent perfectly.

Alex, I've email you further info about the problem in the emails we've been sending on and off!

thank you !

Hi, guys,

Same problem with me.... after submitting the form, I get a blank error page. Redirecting to the standard or personalized \"thank you for filling in the form\" page is not working with me, either.

Check.... http://www.griftkwartier.nl of directly to the form: http://www.griftkwartier.nl/index.php?option=com_rsform&Itemid=71.

A bit of help from anuone, of form the makers would be appreciated !

Thanx in advance.
Marten.

Same issue here except i don't get a blank page, instead it acts as if the form was reset...so the user won't know if the form was submitted.

Hi, guys,

Is anyone working on this issue? It would be nice if the technicians would find a solution to our problem, since RS form itself works fine generally speaking. Just the blanc of error page after having filled in the form: it doen't look as it should.

I let a ticket, but it seems there is really a problem with this thank you page
Can't find anyone with a solution in the whole forum.
Is there an admin there who could tell us more about this issue ? is this common ? is there something to do ? Have I to find another solution for the forms of my customers ?

Hi guys,

I had a similar problem where the redirect wasn't working and the thankyou page wasn't showing. I put in a support ticket and it hasn't even been assigned yet. So digging around I found that (I'll spare you the I did this and that)...

If you turn off the 'Cache' in your Joomla configuration it will solve the problem (at least it did for me). Since I'm using Joomla 1.0.x I found this under Site>Global Configuration>Cache. I donno about the 1.5.x version of Joomla.

Looks like RS and Joomla Caching don't get along for whatever reason.

Hope this helps someone!
