I try to run the sample form \"My First Contact Form\" and when I click on Submit it gives me a HTTP404 message. I noticed that the URL added an extra directory than it should be. For example, my sample form is at an URL like: mysite/dept1/index.php?option=com_forme&Itemid=55; however when pressing Submit button, the URL would go to mysite/dept1/dept1/... which gives me a 404 error message because I don't have a directory for mysite/dept1/dept1. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Is there some config in Apache or in Joomla that can do this?

Thanks.
