Having tried unsuccessfully to carry out the above procedure I thought it was because I had incorrectly installed the Mambot - mosforme.php. So I tried uninstalling the mosforme.php mambot. This was removed from the list. I then tried re-installing but on each occasion am told that I am attempting to load this twice. However, I cannot find how to access the file to remove it to enable a proper re-install. Can you please help and give a little more clarity on how to attach my form mosforme?

Have you got something like Joomlexplorer installed? If not get it - then go to the mambot directory and see if the file is there and then delete it. Then do a reinstall of mosforme. You also did not say how you were using it. did you use {mosforme ID#} in your content?
If you don't ask....
